Principio is a small but well-equipped fryer - you can prepare up to 600 g of French fries with only 1,2 l of oil! You can also use it to make all the kind of different fried food and it always ensures the best results.

You can choose temperatures between 150 - 190°C. After frying, Principio is easy to clean - the basket and handles can be washed in the dishwasher. Fryer's compact size makes it easy to store.
