Gran Gelato Metal is Ariete's self-refrigerating ice cream maker to prepare good and genuine homemade ice cream in all simplicity. In fact, when the ice cream machine is activated, the mixing of the ingredients and the refrigeration process start at the same time , thanks to the internal compressor, which cools the mixture and creates a creamy and tasty ice cream. You will not need to cool the container inside the freezer, the ice cream maker takes care of mixing and refrigerating all the ingredients inserted. The removable basket , moreover, will allow you to transfer the ice cream freshly prepared outside of the ice cream maker andproceed immediately with a new flavor ! On the LCD display you can easily decide the time of the ice cream creation process, so as to achieve the desired consistency and creaminess. At the end of the process, the ice cream machine stops automatically and activates the prolonged cooling function , which will keep the freshly prepared ice cream cold for up to 1 hour.
