The matte, reactive glaze makes the bowl and all the other products in Christian Bitz's stoneware series unique. Various scratches, marks and patterns can be seen in the glaze, and no two products are alike. The same applies to the glossy colored glaze on the inside. This is what gives the series a vivid and very special expression, when the elements are put together and yet appear completely different.
