LUXION® is more resilient than other materials to corrosion caused by the use of hot water and detergent action as per DIN 12111 and DIN 52322 standards. LUXION® thus shows excellent strength and stability to dishwasher use, surpassing the threshold of 1,000 real washes without trace of clouding. Its lightness and resilience are given by the raw materials – zirconium, quartz, aluminium – and special heat process used in its production.
These characteristics make LUXION® the ideal material for the HO.RE.CA. and professional catering industry, where the instruments required will be subjected to multiple use, and must be versatile and machine washable for countless cycles.
